Farmers' Market

The Farmers Market is held in Scott Skinners Square in the centre of Banchory on the third Saturday of the month from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Stalls currently attending the Banchory Farmers Market are:

  • The Store - Meats
  • Finzean Farmshop
  • Steve Wright - Venison
  • Kenny Groat - Yoghurts and other dairy products
  • Neil Gammie- Veggies,
  • Crannach Hand Made Bread, Banchory Farmers Market
  • Wark Farm - Organic meat,
  • Tilquhillie Farm - Tilquhillie Puds--Organic chicken, lamb, puds etc., 
  • Shelleys Home-bakes,
  • Grant Williamson - Jams and cordials
  • Soapshack - Own produced soap
  • Doroth Caie with her hand-made greeetings cards,
  • Katie Eaton's home-grown plants and Morrison's planters etc

 

Community Stall

There is now a regular community stall at the Farmers Market which aims to provide local information on a wide variety of community initiatives and an opportunity for charities to raise funds. The stall is inviting shoppers to come and browse, as well as being available to local groups and individuals wishing to promote their activities or fund-raise. 

In general the stall can accommodate two organisations each month.  For more information or to book a space at the stall email Paul.Herrington@hotmail.com. Please refer to the schedule below for available spaces in 2010.
