BCC Meetings Banchory Community Council meetings are held in the Banchory Academy library on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7.30pm. No meetings are held in July or August unless urgent matters need attention. Members of the public are most welcome to attend. Once members have approved the minutes as a true record, the minutes are placed on this website and in the Banchory Community Council File, which is kept in Banchory Library, Scott Skinner Square. Town Forum This was established in conjunction with Banchory and District Initiative in 2009 as a mechanism for the community to discuss major issues and influence decisions relating to Banchory's Future.
