The Scottish Ambulance Service is Seeking Feedback from Patients and Carers (13/04/2011)

Patient Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit organisation which offers the Patient Opinion website to the public across the UK, as a means of providing feedback about their experience of the NHS.

The Patient Experience website is really simple to use. There’s a link on the home page, and very clear instructions about how to tell your patient story. By participating in this pilot, the Scottish Ambulance Service will be able to ascertain if this additional feedback channel is useful for users of the Service.

Patients and their carers are encouraged to let us know about their experience of any part of the Scottish Ambulance Service, from its Accident and Emergency response to the Patient Transport Service (PTS).  At this time, we’re particularly keen to hear what people think about what’s working well or less well regarding PTS.
