The competition had four classes and was open to both novices and experienced crafters in any crafting discipline. The winning entries included quilting, beadwork, card-making and paper modelling.

This is the first year that the competition has taken place and staff from Meg's attic were available to help any of the competitors who needed advice about their entry.   The four inaugural winners were, Linda Pendleton ( most points), Valerie Bennett,  Aileen Black and Sasha McMillan.  Three of the ladies were presented with their prize vouchers by Meg's Attic's Audrey Lovie this week, the fourth winner, Susan MacMillan (who made the beautiful quilt) is expecting a wee creation of her own.
