Join me and a small group of women for gentle, nurturing yoga together, ending in deep relaxation.
All from the comfort of your own home, via Zoom.
Allowing connection time at the start to check-in with each other or simply quietly sit/lie/journal, guided by gentle prompts/snippets each week.
No yoga experience needed - adaptations always available.
MOVE - Gentle movement to help quieten the mind.
REST- Breathwork and guided meditation
RESTORE - Restorative and Yin yoga using props (cushions,
bolsters, blanket, eye pillow...) to support nurturing, restorative poses
RENEW - Inspiring snippets each week and a lovely deep guided relaxation.
TIME FOR YOU.
You will need your own mat and props - I will show you how to easily create your own substitutes from items in your home. For example instead of a yoga bolster you could use one or two pillows rolled up tightly in a large bath towel or blanket.
Recording available afterwards, so don't worry if you can't make it on the day. This will just be of me guiding the yoga, not the women in the class.
